Absolutely Important! Must have item.
每天摄入高品质的功效营养素对健康太重要了！高效吸收率是其他同类产品没法媲美的，不要老想着便宜，便宜没有好货，健康是一，其他都是零。以前老从Costco买，现在只买这种等渗高吸收的。补一个月都比其他类似产品补两道三年强😃

Life Saver!!!
I have been looking for multivitamins and an iron supplement that my tummy can break down and absorb without getting queasy! I love that they combined them as well. Just one little shot and I have my does for the day. I also have a history of not being able to use the restroom everyday a few times a day like a person should. Needing iron I took the tablets in the past but it stopped me from going. That was a bad painful situation. But now that I found my combination of multivitamins & iron in a powder form I'm so happy to be on a regular schedule of going. it works best for me to take it in the evening, while sleeping my vitamins are prepping for the next day. Love it!

Life Saver!!
I love the simplicity of being able to drink my vitamins vs. a nasty coated vitamin in pill form. Very easy and quick to make on the go! I feel better over all and I'm not getting sick any more from an iron deficiency, I wasn't to fond of the iron tablets either
