These Omegas are life changing!! The importance of good Omega IIIs in our diets have become more talked about, and these truly are the best on the market. Life hack- keep these in the fridge and take them BEFORE your meal- you will not burp up any fishy taste! You need these in your life.

Love this product
I have used Omegas before I was introduced to Health Health Essential Omega III and always had issues with that unpleasant fishy aftertaste. That has never happened with this product. I will never miss a day.
